IWCSW Orange the World In Bloom

The sun blazed over the scenic, well-kept trails of the Botanical Garden.

Our group from the Inner Wheel Club of Singapore West, walking purposefully, was a streak of brilliant advocacy in the landscape.

Each of us wore a bright orange T-shirt, embossed with the message: "NO to violence towards women and girls."

This simple phrase, set against the striking backdrop of orange, spoke volumes. Our walk was a visible manifestation of Orange the World, the UN Women’s initiative.

We turned a simple walk into a powerful declaration, using the vibrancy of orange to spread the urgent call for a future free from gender-based violence.
