It was a memorable event of Inner Wheel Club of Singapore East where, members and guests gathered at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel for the 51st Installation Dinner of the club. It was a truly a celebration of friendship, fellowship, and service as we officially welcomed the new leadership and embarked on another exciting chapter in the life of the club. It was also well attended by a few friends from other clubs.

With the theme “Wings of Friendship Takes Flight”, the ballroom was transformed into an elegant airport terminal. Members embraced the spirit of travel by arriving as airline captains, co-pilots, flight attendants, and stylish first-class passengers. Our invited singers added joy and entertainment throughout the evening.

The installation of our new president was the highlight of the evening President, Shirley Ramos Chua (photo 1 – Pres Shirley). This is her second Presidency in the club and has warmly accepted the responsibility of leading our club for the coming year. Her vision of strengthening friendship, fostering international understanding, and continuing meaningful service projects inspires us all. (Photo 2 – Pres Shirley with IPP Phyllis)

Another highlight was the induction of a new member see photo 3 (Pres Shirley & new member Maryann). She was briefed on what Inner Wheel Club was all about earlier. Another highlights was the generosity of the past President Hazell who has awarded PP Geetha Abraham for the work as the ISO for the club (see photo 4 – Geetha & PP Hazell). And the rest were awarded with gifts to thank them for their dedications to serve as the Executive Committee members. The final boarding was the photo taking of the Club Members (photo 5 – IWCSE members).
