IWCS Celebrates Diwali & Birthdays of the month at UMC Elderly Care Centre

On 24th October 2025, the IWCS team brought joy and warmth to the residents of the UMC Elderly Care Centre with a combined Diwali and monthly birthday celebration. Around 30 residents participated in the festivities, which were filled with music, creativity, and heartfelt connections.

The event featured a lively dance performance organised by our club, followed by a cookies baking session that saw enthusiastic participation from the residents. Our club volunteers were actively involved throughout, ensuring that every moment was engaging and memorable.

In a touching gesture of appreciation, the UMC staff and residents presented four beautiful frames of paper art to our club, expressing their gratitude for our continued support over the years.

The celebration was made even more special with the presence of District Chairman Rati, whose encouragement added to the festive spirit.
