IWC Singapore’s Projects Make Headlines and Hearts Full: A Celebration of Impact Across Borders

IWC Singapore is proud to be recognised for our ongoing commitment to service—both at home and abroad. Our efforts have been featured in local and international publications.

Our cross-border education initiative with IWC Delhi Umang recently gained recognition in a leading Indian newspaper, bringing attention to the power of international partnerships in creating meaningful change.

As part of this initiative, IWCS member Sangita Singh donated a laptop to support digital learning to Kasturba Gandhi Girls Higher Secondary School in Bhilwara,Rajasthan, India. She personally handed over the laptop to President Kapila Chopra and Club Secretary Usha Gagrani of IWC Delhi Umang, District 301. In turn, Usha Gagrani ensured the laptop reached Headmaster Brij Mohan Mahawar, where it will now serve a group of students. This cross-border collaboration reflects the spirit of global unity that defines Inner Wheel.

Closer to home, IWCS featured in the latest NeuGen Annual Report for our active involvement in their initiatives. Our Diwali celebration, hosted for NeuGen beneficiaries, is proudly featured, along with our volunteering at the coding workshop in Bedok aimed at equipping youth with digital skills.

These features serve as a reminder that every act of service—whether near or far—creates ripples of change.
