World Inner Wheel Day Celebration – 10th January 2025
Organised by IWCSWest, with IWCSE, IWCSC, and IWCS as co-organisers.

The “Evening” event provided a wonderful opportunity for members from various clubs to connect and forge new friendships. Despite heavy rain⛈ and traffic delays, 20 members from IWCS attended, a testament to the strong sense of camaraderie within our club and the commitment to celebrating this special occasion.

Held at the Salem Chapel at 1 Thompson Hills Drive, the evening started a little later than planned due to weather-related delays. A heartfelt thank you to Wendy Louis, who represented our club as a co-organiser.

The event began with warm welcome speeches from the Club Correspondent and the President of IWCSWest, followed by a toast to the President of Singapore, Inner Wheel Clubs, and the country. The melodious Inner Wheel song was played, and members joined in song, celebrating the unity and spirit of Inner Wheel Clubs worldwide.

One of the highlights of the evening was an engaging icebreaker game, where participants mingled and sought out members who matched specific qualities listed on a sheet. The aim was to submit the details gathered, offering everyone the opportunity to learn something new about fellow members. This interactive and fun activity helped bond and  it also sparked meaningful conversations. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, leaving everyone with with a smile and new friendships.
